1. Comprehensive and Integrated Long-Term Care Curriculum
The Institute offers a comprehensive curriculum organized into three major program modules: Health Care, Policy and Management, and Environment and Technology. With faculty members specializing in diverse disciplines, the Institute provides interdisciplinary learning opportunities and a wide range of courses tailored to students’ academic and professional goals. This integrated curriculum is designed to cultivate highly qualified long-term care professionals capable of meeting the growing demands of an aging society.
2. Interdisciplinary Long-Term Care Practicum Program (Elective)
To bridge the gap between theory and practice, the Institute offers an elective practicum program that integrates classroom learning with real-world applications. Through internships in government agencies and long-term care-related industries, students develop professional competencies in planning and delivering long-term care services, as well as skills in coordinating and integrating long-term care resources. The practicum experience equips students to respond effectively to evolving societal needs and industry developments.
3. Executive Master's Program in Long-Term Care
To address the increasing demand for long-term care professionals, the Institute has established an Executive Master's Program designed for working professionals. Building upon participants’ existing practical experience, the program combines professional coursework with flexible scheduling, including evening and Saturday classes. This arrangement enables students to balance work and study while developing both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in long-term care, preparing them for leadership and advanced professional roles in the field.
